The hotel's restaurant serves both Mongolian food and Western dishes, so it's perfect for indecisive eaters like me. The location is great, just a 5-minute walk from Sukhbaatar Square. The tour desk and business centre are convenient for busy travelers like me.
Oh, and let's not forget about the "free public parking" nearby, it's like a scavenger hunt trying to find a spot!

The breakfast was rich and delicious with Asian food and great coffee, for instance, the staff was excellent. Location: the hotel was right by the center, Chinggis Khan Av which is very convenient, and State Department Store. Sukhbaatar district was worth exploring.

Spacious and nicely air, conditioned room as well as an okay breakfast. the hotel is located in a good area, close to some restaurants and shops.
The customer service was not up to par. We had a pleasant check, in experience, but the next day when checking out, the staff was unhelpful and unfriendly.

Great location, lovely staff, and good facilities nearby. The hotel is situated right in the middle of the action, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. The staff members were friendly, approachable, and happy to help with any questions or concerns. Plus, there were plenty of facilities nearby for shopping and entertainment.
Our experience was marred by some issues with the room. The bed was uncomfortable and the room was noisy, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

As a tour operator, I chose to accommodate a group of 20 people during our stop along the Trans-Siberian railway, and I must say that the Premium Rooms were absolutely enormous. With a separate living room, large bedroom, kitchenette, and bathroom, there was plenty of space for everyone. the hotel manager even went above and beyond by opening up the breakfast buffet one hour early, allowing us to fuel up before our early train departure. the location of the hotel was also great, just a few blocks away from the city square, but tucked away on a back street to avoid any traffic noise. I will definitely be bringing another group next year and highly recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel in UB is conveniently located near the city center, making it close to everything, including the square. It's great to have all the facilities and a good air-conditioning, especially during the hot summer days. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with attention to detail. We stayed in a room that easily slept three people with an additional bed, and it was on the floor above our old room, which added to the comfort. The breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.
All was perfectly fine during our stay.
